Traceable to one place in the Southern Alps

Our merino comes from Glenaan Station, the farm beneath New Zealand's Southern Alps that Paul's family have farmed for over 100 years. We blend it with hemp, one of the most sustainable fibres to grow, needing little water and no synthetic inputs. Every piece is knitted, finished and packaged in New Zealand, and it's biodegradable at the end of its life.

Good to know

What size should I order?

The Quarter-Zip is a unisex fit using standard men's sizing. Men should choose their normal size, women should size down one (if you usually wear a Large, choose a Medium). Full measurements are on our size guide.

How do I care for it?

Cold machine wash and lay flat to dry. The merino and hemp blend is naturally odour resistant and shape retaining, so it needs washing less often than synthetic knitwear.

Is hemp the same as marijuana?

No. Both come from the Cannabis sativa plant, but hemp has very low concentrations of THC and cannot be used to get a "high." We use it for its strength, breathability and low impact to grow.

What's your returns policy?

We offer 30 days to return or exchange so you can get the perfect fit. Some customers order two sizes and send one back. Questions? Email us at hello@hemprino.co.nz.
