Sustainability is how we farm, not a slogan

Our story begins on Glenaan Station, a fourth-generation family farm in the foothills of the Southern Alps, where our sheep graze freely across open alpine pastures. We blend this ZQ-certified merino with hemp — one of nature's most sustainable fibres, needing little water and improving soil health as it grows. Every Hemprino garment is knitted, finished and packaged in New Zealand, and every piece is renewable, biodegradable and fully traceable from farm to wardrobe.

Good to know

What size should I order?

The Quarter-Zip is a unisex fit using standard men's sizing. Men should choose their normal size; women should size down one (e.g. if you usually wear a Large, choose a Medium). Full measurements are on our size guide.

How do I care for it?

Cold machine wash and lay flat to dry. The merino and hemp blend is naturally odour resistant and shape-retaining, so it needs washing less often than synthetic knitwear.

Is hemp the same as marijuana?

No. While both come from the Cannabis sativa plant, hemp has very low concentrations of THC and cannot be used to get a "high." We use it purely for its strength, breathability and sustainability.

What's your returns policy?
