We offer a refund or store credit on full-priced items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at hello@hemprino.co.nz to get started.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging

• Return shipping is at your cost and must include tracking

• Sale items are final and not eligible for return unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act

When sending your return, please include a note with your name and order number.
