Terms of Service

Our legal trading name is Hemprino Ltd.

All prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars.

We accept payment by credit card via Shopify Payment credit card.

Payment must be received before orders are shipped.  You can read our full shipping and returns policy here.

If there is an inaccuracy with stock numbers or pricing, we will contact you via email as soon as possible and will happily refund you or put your payment towards another item. 

On the rare occasion that you find a fault, please contact us immediately on hello@hemprino.co.nz.  If, after the item is returned and inspected, we deem it to be faulty and not wear and tear, we will meet our requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act. 

If you wish to cancel an order, please email hello@hemprino.co.nz.  Any cancellations received prior to shipping will incur a 10% handling fee. 

Hemprino™ takes no responsibility for any misuse of products or damage caused by incorrect washing of the garment.   

Privacy 

When you purchase from Hemprino™, we automatically collect personal information including your name, address and email address.  

If you permit us to do so, we will send you email marketing on occasion. You can select this option at checkout or by filling in the form at the bottom of our website.

We will not disclose or sell your personal information to anyone unless required by law. 

Hemprino™ do not store your credit card or bank account information.
